Contact Information Policy:

When you attend BCBC events and provide your contact information, BCBC will include you in “BCBC’s Contacts Database”. Being in this database means that you will receive an e-newsletter with information on business matters related to Belgium, Canada and the BCBC. You may choose to unsubscribe from this service at any time.

Photographs Policy:

When you attend BCBC events we may take photographs that we will post on the BCBC website, should you not like your photograph to be in our website please let us know.

Membership Payment Policy:

BCBC membership fees are applicable on a calendar year basis.

• Regular Fee: Applies from January 1st – September 31st of current calendar year. Membership ends December 31st of current calendar year.

• Early Bird Fee: Applies from September 31st – December 31st of current calendar year. Membership ends December 31st of the following calendar year. Early Bird Fees apply to new members only, not renewals.
