The BCBC is glad to announce that few tickets for the Virtual Chocolate and Wine tasting will still be available until Sunday 6 pm.
For this event, our collaborators have selected four great wines present in Canada, two from Canada and two from Europe. This wine tasting will be associated with a mix of finest and excellent Belgian chocolate praline, prepared specially for you by Patricia Cohrs, from the Belgian Chocolate Shop, in collaboration with Barry Callebaut.
The flavours of the praline have been selected to fit each of the four wines that will be presented. To make it easier for you, the samples will be prepared and assembled by the chamber, so you will only have to register, pay and pick up your box few days before the event. During this tasting, two excellent speakers, Bertrand Loumaye, Managing Director, North America for Cerelia, and Edouard Pot, Regional Director Emerging markets for Puratos, have been invited to give their opinion on the economical situation during these though times. After a Q&A session with our moderator, you will also have the opportunity to ask your questions.
