Join us for a reception and to watch “Belgica” – the Belgian film at the European Union Film Festival. Belgica is the story of two brothers: charismatic and temperamental Frank – a husband, father, and incurable womaniser – and his ambitious younger brother Jo, who owns a bar called Belgica. They become business partners and quickly Belgica becomes the place to be for great music, beautiful people, and debauched fun – until they learn that running a business is more complicated than they realised (note: they should have joined the BCBC for advise…), and their relationships and personal lives suffer.
Saturday November 11, 2017, from 6:30 to 10:30 pm
We will start at Birreria Volo (612 College Street) then go to the Royal Cinema.
Cost: $30 BCBC Members, $45 Non-Members.
